Welcome, I am so glad you stopped by, my name is Nikki Callon! I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, a Certified Barre Instructor and Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist here to help you reach your goals!
Just a little bit more about me, I grew up with two professional athletes as parents. My mother was a professional golfer in the LPGA and my father played in the NFL and was the kicker for the Atlanta Falcons, so its safe to say, a love for sports runs in our family :) I grew up playing every sport known to man! Fast forward to high school, where I played softball, basketball, lacrosse and ran track, then I went on to play Division 1 college basketball at Tulane University in New Orleans on a full ride scholarship.
After I graduated and got my degree, I continued playing basketball professionally overseas. I played in many different countries while representing Great Britain (no I don't have an English accent lol) but my dad is from England, so I have dual citizenship :)
After I hung up my basketball shoes, I still wanted to stay involved in sports some how, so I started working for a sports marketing company, and taught fitness classes and personal trained clients on the side. Once I got married in 2015, I decided to make it my full time job. I loved it and knew I could continue to help people make and see the changes they wanted.
I currently live in Santa Barbara, California, have been married for 5 years now and we've got 2 little boys, Jaxon (4yo) and Cruz (2 yo).
Now let's get you started on a program that will help you achieve your goals!
I am constantly trying to find and come up with better recipes and workouts to help you guys enjoy living a healthy lifestyle! I am also a wife, mom, sister and daughter so I know we all wear many hats which is why my goal is to help you understand how food can help you feel your best, but do that by eating healthy foods! Eating healthy does not have to be boring, with things such as plain chicken, rice and veggies! I am going to help you understand that by counting macros you have the flexibility to eat what you want and still stay on track!
