NL3 offers many different gym fitness programs, ranging from 4 weeks to 12 weeks of guidance. All workouts have video demos to show you each exercise so make sure to check out all the gym programs offered and find which one fits best for you!
NL3 knows not everyone can make it to the gym, so Nikki has created many at home workouts ranging from 4-12 weeks, bodyweight or dumbbells, find the ones that works best for you, to help you reach your goals! You do not need to be a gym member to hit your fitness goals!
The NL3 Shred Program combines fitness & nutrition to help give you the tools you need to reach your goals!
The next Shred will start November 1, so be on the lookout for registration beginning mid October. The Shred offers you fitness & nutritional guidance. You receive custom macros and workouts. This program takes place on the NL3 Training app & if you don't have access to a gym, that's ok, all of the workouts can be done at home with just a few dumbbells! The Shred makes nutrition easy, with no strict plan to follow, you can eat your favorite foods & learn everything in moderation!
